2024 Preseason Information
Preseason training provides an opportunity for anyone interested in playing for the Comets to have a kick, meet other players, build their skills and get back into the footy mindset.
Don't worry if you haven't had a chance to register for the season yet - come down anyway and get your rego in as soon as possible.

2024 Preseason Training Schedule BOYS
Boys' preseason training for existing and new players kicks off on Monday 5 February at Hays Paddock North Oval.
All players MUST wear runners (no footy boots from the council) and bring a water bottle and mouth guard.

2024 Preseason Training Schedule GIRLS
We plan to have our annual AFLW night later on in these sessions with our newly drafted Lucy Cronin (Collingwood), along with Stella Reid (Richmond), Nicola Xenos (St Kilda), Mimi Hill (Carlton) and Alice O’ Loughlin (North Mel). We'll confirm dates on social media soon.
The YJFL have announced the 2024 season will have an U9 girls team competition, U11, U12, U13, U14, U15, U16 and Youth Girls (17&18).
If you haven’t registered, please do so as soon as possible so we have an idea of numbers to make up teams.
